As part of our commitment to quality, we continually strive to reduce the number of fatal flaw collections performed at these locations. Through investments in ongoing collector training, a secret shopper program that continually audits the collection experience and an increase in electronically ordered drug tests that help to reduce data entry errors, our fatal flaw error rate for collections in April was a minuscule 0.16 percent.
Said another way, 99.84 percent of our collections were completed without a fatal flaw; this is just one more way that we show we’re there when you need us TM.
