Quest Diagnostics offers national collection coverage providing 24/7 on-site drug and alcohol collection services. We employ more than 35 trainers for our Breath Alcohol Technicians (BAT). All of our BAT’s have documented training as mandated by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the instrumentation used is listed on the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration (NHTSA) Conforming Products List. Every Quest Diagnostics owned Evidential Breath Testing (EBT) device is calibrated by the manufacturer.

The Quest Diagnostics 24/7 Emergency Call Center is located in Lee’s Summit, Missouri. The center operates 24/7/365 using a state-of-the-art phone system. All staff members are trained on Department of Transportation protocols. Our 24/7 Call Center management tools are structured in a decision tree matrix that allows representatives to follow a client’s specified protocols on every call. This unique structure enables us to avoid client protocol errors. Finally, to ensure the highest levels of customer service, we provide clients with the option of having their own dedicated toll free number.
