As our Lenexa, KS facility started to dig out after a snowstorm dumped nearly a foot of snow in the Kansas City area last week, a second major snowstorm hit the metropolitan area. Snow continues to fall, making travel a challenge for our employees.
Our National Client Support Center is temporarily closed until we can adequately staff the phone lines. In addition, Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Centers are closed in the Kansas City area.
We are actively working on re-routing some specimens to other Quest Diagnostics labs throughout the country. As always, our goal is to strive to deliver accurate, timely drug screening results.
