In an effort to reduce hold times, better enable one-call resolution, provide a clearer path to the answers of frequently asked questions and ultimately to improve the customer experience, we will be implementing a change in our National Customer Support Center starting on Thursday, June 11. Our new Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system will provide newly updated options for all inbound calls into our 1-800-877-7484 customer support line.
