DOT CCFs extended through November 30

The final rule regarding the use of the Federal Drug Testing Custody and Control Form (CCF) was issued by the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). This rule lengthens the use of the 2000 CCF until the new deadline of November 30, 2011. The Final Rule finalizes protocol for use of the new CCF.  To review the U.S. Department of Transportation-issued document, click here.

Again, the best business practice in preparation of this deadline extension is to replace the old form with the new CCF. Please don’t delay.
