New to Drug Testing: Ask the experts

37 weeks ago, I started this column in an effort to share what I learned about the drug testing industry during my first year at Quest Diagnostics. The goal is simple – for you to learn along with me as we tap into tools, resources and our industry experts. With a similar goal in mind, Pablo Bolaños, Marketing Specialist, is kicking off a new series called “Ask the Experts.”

Pablo joined Quest Diagnostics in 2009 as the National Customer Support Center Supervisor. While he was in that role, he interacted with customer service representatives and our clients on a daily basis. As he gained more experience working in the industry, he began to realize that drug testing processes can be difficult to understand and that it takes time to fully grasp the information needed to become a subject matter expert.

Leveraging his background in customer service, his role in marketing, and his access to our team of industry and laboratory experts, Pablo is well positioned to provide this dynamic new resource. If you have drug testing questions in need of answers, send Pablo a LinkedIn message or connect with us on our company LinkedIn page.

Between New to Drug Testing, Ask the Experts, our website, our blog, our newsletter, our literature and our webinars, you have easy access to the tools and resources that might just make you a drug testing industry expert as well.

As a new employee at Quest Diagnostics, there’s hardly a day that goes by that I don’t learn something new about the world of drug testing. Like some of you, I have a lot to learn about the industry. During my first year of employment, I’m going to write this weekly column highlighting drug testing procedures, products and processes as I discover them. To learn more about my journey, you can read my introductory post.
