New Drug Testing ROI Calculator

by Aaron Atkinson on August 31, 2009

Whether or not your company drug tests, it’s hard to argue with the fact that employee drug use is bad for business. Drug users miss more work, they have more accidents, and they change jobs more frequently than non-drug users. While all these trends cost employers money, so does a drug testing program! We are excited to announce that we have created a new tool that puts hard numbers around the costs of employee drug use and the savings that a drug testing program can yield.

Workplace drug testing has been around for more than 25 years, yet understanding the return on investment has not been evident. The Quest Diagnostics drug testing ROI Calculator allows company-specific inputs and meaningful, recent statistics to be combined for the first time to build a drug testing return on investment model customized for you. The Quest Diagnostics drug testing ROI Calculator will not only illustrate the economic toll an illicit drug user can have on your business, but will also demonstrate the savings your business can expect by drug testing new hires. To calculate your savings, use our free Drug Testing ROI Calculator today.
